About Click & Collect

Online Ordering

You begin your shopping experience on froot™`'`s eCommerce platform. You can browse through a wide range of products, just like in a traditional online shopping process.

Selection of Click & Collect Option

At checkout, you are presented with the option to choose Click & Collect in addition to the usual delivery methods. This option allows you to pick up your purchases in-store.

Store Selection and Timing

You can then collect your order item at the Pudo lockers located at 11 Havelock Road, Pretoria East, 0184. As soon as this option is selected, collection details will be sent to your email address.

Order Processing and Notification

Once your order is placed, froot™ prepares the items for collection. You are notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup. This notification includes all necessary details such as the order number and specific instructions for collection.

In-Store Collection

On the selected day, you can collect your order from the selected Pudo facility nationwide. Please note that the froot team will send you an email as soon as the order is ready for collection.

Track Order

As a Froot customer, you can also track the status of your order from the orders page after logging in. This page displays the order status, tracking number, and other details such as the delivery status. If you selected click & collect, as soon as the order is ready for collection, the delivery status will be updated to `"`Ready for Collection`"`.
